CHICKEN CURRY
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1/2kg (medium/ small pices)
Onion - 150grams(fine chop)
Tomato - 100grams(fine chop)
Ginger garlic paste - 2tbsp
Ground nut paste - 50grams for gravy
Red chili powder - 3 to 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tspn
Coriander powder - 1tbsp
Jeera powder - 1tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1tspn
Salt - as per required
Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1bunch(fine chope) for garnish
Water - as per required
Making procedure:
- Wash the chicken 2 to 3 times in bowl
- Take out washed chicken from water
- Add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, some garam masala powder, some oil mix it keep it in room temperature for 10 to 15 mins in the meanwhile we can start curry
- Take pan add oil heat it
- Then add Chop Onions mix well till onions become golden color
- Then add ginger garlic paste mix it for 5 mins
- Add chop tomato mix it for 3 to 4 mins
- Add ground nut paste, some water, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, salt mix it for 10 to 15 mins till ground nut raw smell gone
- Then add Marinated chicken(which we made begging) mix for 2 mins
- Add water mix occasionally cover with lid cook for 15 mins in medium flame till oil release from gravy
- Remove from flame put a ceramic bowl
- Sprinkle chop coriander leaves for garnish
Serve hot with Roti
