CHICKEN CURRY Ingredients: Chicken - 1/2kg (medium/ small pices) Onion - 150grams(fine chop) Tomato - 100grams(fine chop) Ginger garlic paste - 2tbsp Ground nut paste - 50grams for gravy Red chili powder - 3 to 4 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1 tspn Coriander powder - 1tbsp Jeera powder - 1tbsp Garam masala powder - 1tspn Salt  - as per required Oil - 3 to 4 tbsp Coriander leaves - 1bunch(fine chope) for garnish Water - as per required Making procedure: Wash the chicken 2 to 3 times in bowl Take out washed chicken from water  Add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, some garam masala powder, some oil mix it keep it in room temperature for 10 to 15 mins in the meanwhile we can start curry Take pan add oil heat it  Then add Chop Onions mix well till onions become golden color Then add ginger garlic paste mix it for 5 mins  Add cho

JACK FRUIT BIRYANI Today i am going to share Jack fruit biryani famous biryani from Bhimavaram in AndhraPradesh. Kadhu Ki Kheer Today i am going to share recipe of Kadhu Ki Kheer. This famous Hyderabad style Kaddhu ki kheer can be served warm or chilled as classic Indian sweet and dessert for any occasion .     Time for preparation: 30 mins Ingredients :  Grated bottle guard( we  called as sorakaya) - 1/2 cup Milk - 2 cups Sugar - 1/4 cup Fried Almonds - 3-4 thinly sliced for garnish Fried Cashew nuts - 8-10 Ghee or Butter - 2 table spoons Ilachi powder for flavor - 1/4 table spoon  Making process: Squeeze out excess water from grated bottle guard. Heat ghee in pan then add squeezed grated bottle guard mix well till raw small gone or 10 mins Now add milk mix well for 10 to 15 mins Add sugar, cashes nuts & Cardamom powder( ilachi powder) mix occasionally till its become a thick or 5 to 7 mins Sprinkle the Thin sliced Almonds for garnish  Keep it for 30 mins in room temperature Serve
