 Palak Paneer

     Today we are going to Indian famous dish Palak Paneer which is looks like green gravy with paneer cubes garnish with cream. Palak Paneer from Punjab special dish we can get any  restaurant entire India including Jammu & Kashmir too. Palak Paneer severed with Roti, Naan, Pulka, & Jeera Rice.

Ingredients:

Blanched Spinach Leaves - 250grams 
Paneer - 100 grams
Green chilies - 5-6pics
Turmeric - 1pinch
Bay Leaf - 1pics
Ginger - 10grams
Garlic - 5-6bunches
Salt - as per required
Fine Chop Hybrid Tomatoes - 100grams
Fine chop Onions - 100grams
Jeera - 10mgrams
Red Chili Powder - 10-15grams
Kasturi Meethi - 10-15grams
Coriander Power - 10grams
Cream - 1 tea spoon for garnish
Oil/Butter - 2table spoon
Water - as per required

Procedure:

  • Take a pan put it on flame add water with blanched spinach leaves boil it for 5 to 10mins 
  • Take it out spinaches with the help of colander or Strainer
  • Put it in cold water  with ice cubes keep it for 5 to 10mins
  • Take it out spinaches leaves from Cool water 
  • Make it paste with ginger, garlic, green chilies
  • Take a pan add oil/butter heat it for 5 note butter should not turn brown color 
  • Add jeera mix it for 2-5 mins 
  • Then add Chop Onions mix it for 10 to 15mins let onions becomes brown color
  • Then add Chop tomatoes mix it for 10 to 15mins for tomatoes becomes smoothing
  • Add Red chili powder, coriander powder, Kasturi Meethi salt mix well 
  • Add Spinach Paste which we made in the beginning with cup of water mix well till let raw flavor gone from Spinach paste
  • Then add Paneer cubes mix slowly for 2mins 
  • Remove from flame Pour Fresh cream for garnish

Serve hot with Roti/Jeera Rice
