WHITE SAUCE PENNE PASTA

Today Recipe White sauce pasta this is one of our favorite dish White Sauce Pasta. Because it's so simple & easy to make, if your a non vegetarian you can add chicken.

Ingredients:
Penne Pasta - 100 grams


Fine chop garlic - 2 tea spoon for flavor


Fine chop onion - 2 table spoon


Milk - 100 grams


Refined floor(maida) - 3 table spoon


Butter - 3 table spoon


Black peper/white pepper powder - 1 tea spoon


Red chilli flakes - 2 tea spoon


Salt - As per taste


water - As per required


Grated Parmesan Cheese - 1 table spoon


Olive oil/ Refined oil - 2 table spoon


Black olive(for garnish) - 1 pcs


Dried parcel y - 1 tea spoon


1st Step Making Sauce:
  • Take a sauce pan butter heat the pan till butter melt
  • Add refined floor mix continuously till refined floor becomes sand texture
  • Add milk mix well with the help of Whisk till milk becomes thickening
  • Remove from flame 
  • Add some butter do not mix kept a side
2nd Step Boiling Pasta:
  • Take a pan add penne pasta, water, salt, some oil
  • Cook the pasta half boiled 
  • Take out from the water apply some oil mix it
  • Keep it a side 
3rd Step Final Procedure:
  • Heat the sauce pan add oil, garlic mix it till garlic become little golden color
  • Add fine chop onion mix it for 2 mins( remember onion should not become a brown color)
  • Add white sauce, dried parcel y, little water, pepper powder, red chili flakes, salt mix it for 2 to 3 mins
  • Add boiled pasta mix it for 3 to 4 mins
  • Add Grated Parmesan Cheese mix it till cheese melt
  • Remove from the flame 
  • Pour it in plate 
  • Garnish with Sliced black olives

Serve hot
