  Palak Paneer      Today we are going to Indian famous dish Palak Paneer which is looks like green gravy with paneer cubes garnish with cream. Palak Paneer from Punjab special dish we can get any  restaurant entire India including Jammu & Kashmir too. Palak Paneer severed with Roti, Naan, Pulka, & Jeera Rice. Ingredients: Blanched Spinach Leaves - 250grams  Paneer - 100 grams Green chilies - 5-6pics Turmeric - 1pinch Bay Leaf - 1pics Ginger - 10grams Garlic - 5-6bunches Salt - as per required Fine Chop Hybrid Tomatoes - 100grams Fine chop Onions - 100grams Jeera - 10mgrams Red Chili Powder - 10-15grams Kasturi Meethi - 10-15grams Coriander Power - 10grams Cream - 1 tea spoon for garnish Oil/Butter - 2table spoon Water - as per required Procedure: Take a pan put it on flame add water with blanched spinach leaves boil it for 5 to 10mins  Take it out spinaches with the help of colander or Strainer Put it in cold water  with ice cubes keep it for 5 to 10mins Take it out spinaches

KURBANI KA MEETHA

KURBANI KA MEETHA I had first time Kurbani Ka Meetha in Hyderabad. Expect Hyderabad you can't even see this delicious sweet. Chalo i will tell you my experience, how i get to know about this sweet. One day i went to restaurant for lunch with my friends there i saw delicious sweet look like little brown served with vanilla ice cream then i decide myself  to taste it. I don't know that sweet name because i never heard about Kurbani Ka Meetha, i ask to waiter get that sweet brown color served with ice cream.   I think myself its take a long procedure to made this sweet before i join in Hotel Management. But it's very easy way to make in home, let's get the recipe   INGREDIENTS:   Apricots - 1/4kg Sugar - 100grams Water - As per required Ghee - 1tbsp Cashew nuts - 10pcs(for garnish) Almond – 2 to 3pcs(cut it thin slices for garnish)   PROCEDURE: Ø   Take a bowl add water Apricots keep it in room temperature for whole night or 5 to 6hours Ø   Remove Apricots from water take
